Check did not clear before NCTA

I mailed my membership renewal back shortly after receiving the NCTA letter with the raffle tickets. Does comeone hold all checks and deposit at once? I hope my tickets were entered in the gun raffle. Just wondering about our accounting?

Yes and yes. Info is sent to T&PC upon receipt. Deposits are made once a month. Simplifies accounting as one trip to the bank is made as opposed to as many as 12-15.
