Hey guys. Something told me to come here and look around tonight. Thanks for asking about me.
Alban has done extremely well since the accident. Everyone in my family has had a little couseling to make sure everyone is dealing with this the right way. Very traumatic event for a young man. The Dr's would not make any promisies other than they would try. He has had 5 eye surgeries now. He had no vision in his left eye until about the first of May. About a week after this sugery he told me he could see. I carried him back to the Duke and low and behold he can see the big E on top of the eye chart. That means his vision is 20/200. We had his most recent surgery about 3 weeks ago and the DR is hoping for another " boost of vision ". We will keep working on his eye until we get this thing going full force. Not sure when but we know a cornea transplant is in the future. Meanwile he is doing good. He will return to sports this fall and he told me just the other day the he wanted his own dozen MB 450's so he could make his own dirt holes this year as he was tired of me making all the sets. He has been doing a lot of fishing with me and his brother. Lots of dolphin and cobia. Been a good season so far.
I am still here I have just been a bit sidetracked latelty.
Mike

Mike, Glad to see you are still around and drop in from time to time. With the main site down, we lost a lot of folks. Good to see you weren't one of them. The news of Alban's recovery is excellent. It is amazing what the power of youth and prayer can do for the body! You both have been in my thoughts over the last several months wondering how things turned out. Glad to hear that you are nailing the Mahi and Cobai though I must admit my jealousy
