Got a black, well sorta black yote yesterday morning. No trapline pic but got a pic when I got her back home.  This mornings run I got these for a surprize.   Been doing pretty good so far 3 gray's, 3 yotes, 3 coons, and 2 grinners. Only been running 7 sets. That will change this weedend. PIG |

Thank's everyone, I guess taking in some of those demmos at the convention and rondy helped out. The two black ones are both pups, one male, one female. The regular color one is an older female. Don't think the alpha but older than the two black ones. I pulled all my sets at this location so I could set up a group of three farms in an entirely different direction. Let you know how I do.

You know if you work it ahead of time you should be able to get a few more dollars for the black ones at the pens.
What are the going rates this year for the live market?

I didn't know that they would pay more for the black ones Sean, I have heard that the rates are about the same as last year but I havn't sold anything yet.
I set up two parcles of the new farms yesterday afternoon, I got out 6 K-9 sets and one coon set. This morning I had two snapped sets and another yote. This one was an older female. She's got a cut toe pad. Nothing broken that I can tell. Just cut the bottom of one of the center toe pads. I got her patched up as best I can. We'll see if it will heal up.
