Does anyone know who I would need to write to propose a fox trapping season in Buncombe County? I think that it may be the county commissioner, but I'm not sure.....

Your Board of Commissioners and/or your representatives in the state legislature (house/senate).

thats very good to hear Hillbill, good change of pace.
Dakota... not cutting these guys off, but I've got some notes and paperwork i used to get the Craven county law. I can also give you a walk through on this. Bowhunter74 on here did his county as well.

Just remember red fox trapping in Madison County is expressly forbidden and Asheville is full of animal rights activists.
