Is there any plans to have an auction in NC. I hear VA has one and it does very well. Has this even been looked into?

I have asked this question before........it went nowhere!
Hopefully I am dead wrong but I always got the feeling that the NCTA was too loyal to Lincoln Barbour to do such a thing and hurt his buisness.
I hope to change that sometime in the future

Everyone that sells fur should want a auction.After all that will be how we get our better prices.Virginia has a very good one and the prices they get are very respectable.I have over 20 trappers that live within 20 miles of me and 15 of them sell in the round so I know they would love to see one also.If we do get one we need to have it somewhere right before the end of March which is when you have to have your fur finished for NAFA
