Great job Darien. I was at the Guilford County Department of Health Meeting this evening, and Ken Andrews showed me a copy of this bill. Very clean.
We did receive the proclamation of support tonight from the Department of Health, and we hope to get on the agenda for a public with the County Commissioners in April. If we can get it through, we should be able to just add Guilford to the Davidson bill (piggyback it) and have them both go through effective 10/1/09.
I will keep everyone posted how we are progressing here in Guilford.
