Having moved from Smithfield to Statesville - I didn't realize that there were so many skunks around here. I see at least one a week on the side of the road (hit by a car). Just never imagined that I may have one in my traps this year.....trying to get them out.....probably not going to be very fun at all. Any advice from you folks - use a syringe pole - 22 short - give them "the good news" like I learned from Rodney - or? How about removing the "smelly stuff"? Worth the time...or risk? Or would anyone on here buy them and do your own thing with them? Thanks

Prune will take em. He just loves the way they smell.
I live in Rowan Co. not too far from you. I'll take em off your hands. I've learned how to remove the stink. I would sugest that you don't shoot your skunk. Use a pole syringe so you can save me that smell good stuff.

Pole syringe the little buggers.Freeze them whole and i'll buy them. Nothing like the smell of skunk, ranks right up there with coffee to me ;D
Or if ya can get one that looks good (roadkill) freeze the bugger and bring it to the convention and we'll do us a skunk stink removal demo...
