I'm trying to get started trapping beaver and well i think i got the trapping thing for the most part but what to do then. i don't quite understand how to scrape the skin. i know how to get the skin off but what then?? i think i want to try to sell a few maby and the rest i will try to work and make things out of. any tips, pictures, or videos would be great. also if any one will let me i would love to see it done and try it my self with someone with experience. send a privet message and we can link up. thanks.

Your best bet is to get a good video, or get up with someone while they are putting up fur. I learned the hard way. A lot of trial and error, and a lot of questions to som more experienced guys.

Prune knows how to skin a beaver for sure . No he don't, he can't skin a possum with a truck tire. Speaking of, I have about 20 of them in the freezer for ya Prune. |
