Paul resently told me that the NCTA has a lot of sticks in the fire concerning our state laws concerning trapping.
Would anyone care to bring NC trappers up to date on what is going on ?

I would kinda like to know what was happening too!!! I see that this question hasnt been answer as of yet an im not sure why, cause most of the other (some off topic) have been. I know Jimmy is a busy man with lots on his plate, but it sure has been awhile since he said he was going to send me a copy of a presentation through snail mail. Last he told me just before the SE NTA that he haddnt forgot but his printer was down. If its on computer why not just send it email an let me print it? Anyway the reason he was sending this to me was because I was going to use it as a guide to write up a proposal to take to my county commissioners to change or adimt or ammend our county fox laws. Well I havent heard a word, Iv got a least 2 other trappers from the county to go before the commissioners too but a guildline would help seein none of us are polititions. Jimmy said that the NCYA "WOULD" help getting things together but we (county voters) would have to present it. Again No problem, there are at least 3 of us willing.
Ok so with this in mind... my question is.... Will the NCTA help up put something together to help us try to get our fox laws changed with our counties commissioners?

You are absolutly right in calling me to task. Actually, I left town two more times after that, but that is still not an acceptable reason. Some of the stuff that I am going to send you has to be run off as it was provided by other organizations. It will be in the mail tomorrow or you can come up here and kick me around some. Sorry, my fault. Did you call Ted Gardner? I told him to expect a call.

ok ill be lookin for it. No I didnt call Ted yet.. id like to get a few things down first, so I know a bit more what im talkin about.. like I said, im no politition  If you dont send it, then ill send Bubba up there to kick you around ALOT!!! |
